We ship within Germany with DHL for the fastest & most trusted service. Germany - DHL Paket 4.90 € the cost of a return is borne by the customer. Free shipping from a minimum order value of 150 €. All other shipping conditions can be found below. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. If a mobile number is given, it will be sent via SMS. Please check the spam folder if no information arrives. Right of revocation (de) You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving a reason by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. Please return the items in a resellable condition so that we can accept your return and resell it to other customers. All items must be returned in good condition, sealed and uncreased. In the event of a size or article exchange, we will assume the recurring shipping costs. Your items must be returned without any traces of use, in undamaged packaging, including a completed delivery note. (we do not cover return postage costs) If the returned item is not returned in proper condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. This applies to crumpled, crumpled goods and cut or torn polybags. You can always see the status of your shipment using your shipment number, your shipping company. pequs GmbH reserves the right to cancel your order if items from your order are not in stock or are not delivered by our suppliers (in the case of a pre-order) Consequences of revocation In the event of an effective revocation, the mutually received services must be returned and if necessary, release benefits (e.g. interest). If you cannot return or hand over the received service and uses (e.g. advantages of use) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any use made if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. "Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the order. Items that cannot be sent by parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the item, for us with their receipt. Furthermore, pequs GmbH reserves the right to refuse to accept goods that have been returned without authorization and/or in non-compliance with the instructions. In these cases, the goods will be sent back to the address specified in the order. If such a return is accepted, pequs GmbH (limited liability) will deduct 10% from the refund as administration and storage costs.
