Is there a restock for my desired item?
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to give an exact date, as many different factors play a role. However, we will always keep you up to date on our social media platforms and our newsletter when it comes to new products and stock replenishments. We therefore recommend that you register for our newsletter to always be up-to-date. You can also register with your e-mail address on the page for the respective item and you will be notified as soon as it is available again.

How do I ship my return?

What are the return conditions?
Returns must be sent back within 14 days and in perfect, original, as-sold condition, unworn. The labels must not be damaged.
How long does the refund take?
Depending on the payment service provider, a refund of the purchase amount can take up to 14 days. The sum will be refunded directly to the account with the selected payment service provider (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
Who bears the costs of the return?
The customer bears the costs for a return.
Where is my package?
To see the status of your order, log in to our customer portal with your user data. If you have not created a user account or have further questions about your order, please contact our customer support. support@pequs.de
How can I track my package?
As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email or SMS. In this email/SMS you will find all the information you need to track your package.
I received an incorrect/faulty item. What should I do?

My order is not complete. What should I do?
We would like to apologize for the incomplete delivery. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package. You will then receive all further information from our support.
How can I change the address of an order that has already been placed?
After receipt of your order, it will be processed directly in our warehouse so that your package will reach you as quickly as possible. Therefore, address changes are only valid within the first 60 minutes. DHL: Unfortunately, once the package is on its way, DHL no longer offers an address change. However, you can arrange a desired location via DHL customer service. You can find more information about this here. If DHL cannot deliver your package to the specified address, a return will be initiated so that the package is sent back to us. We will then refund you the amount of your order within 14 days, so that you can order again and with the correct address.
How do I cancel/change my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change orders as they are forwarded directly to our warehouse. We would like to keep our promise of fast delivery and can therefore not cancel after receipt of the order for technical reasons. If you do not like your selection, you are welcome to return it at your own expense and reorder the desired items.
I have not received an order confirmation. Did you still receive my order?
After you have placed the items you want in the shopping cart and specified a payment method at checkout, a digital order confirmation with the order number will be sent to the email address you provided. If this is not the case, please contact customer support.
Do I have to pay any import duties myself when ordering outside of Germany?
Any applicable taxes, import duties and customs duties are not covered by PEQUS. You can find detailed information about the shipping conditions under Shipping.
Can I redeem my discount code after ordering?
Once your purchase is complete, it is no longer possible to add a discount afterwards. The reason for this is that your invoice has already been created at this point and no more changes can be made.
Which payment options can I choose from?
With us you have the possibility to choose between the following payment options: PayPal PayPal offers various payment options and insures orders up to 500 EUR - you only need a free account for this. If you would like to pay for your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded directly and asked to log in with your account or to register again. Once that's done, all you have to do is choose the payment method you want (PayPal credit, direct debit or credit card) and confirm the payment. We will then receive a confirmation from PayPal and will send your goods immediately. KLARNA invoice & installment purchase Payment by KLARNA is only made after receipt of the goods. KLARNA will then email you the invoice directly. You have 14 days from the date of the invoice to pay them. In addition, with the financing service from KLARNA, you have the option of paying for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. SOFORT Banking You can make your payment via SOFORT Banking easily, conveniently, securely and without registering. The automatic transfer of the transfer data and the real-time transaction confirmation to the merchant enable you to have a smooth payment process and thus fast delivery. Amazon Pay With Amazon Pay you can shop safely and quickly with us without having to enter your payment and address details. If you already have an Amazon customer account, you can pay immediately using the payment method stored there - either by direct debit or by credit card. Amazon Pay does not pass on the payment data stored in your Amazon customer account to us. Therefore, you do not have to specify this when placing your order. Credit Card We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard & American Express. Our payment provider Stripe enables the payment process to be carried out conveniently and securely directly in our check-out process. Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.
